Tauchen in Malta

On this page, you will find an overview of all sport activities in Malta. Water sports, such as diving and sailing, are very popular but tend to be limited by the small number of proper beaches that Malta has. However, there are plenty of cliffs, which makes Malta a climber’s paradise! Horse riding is not so popular. In Marsa near Valletta, there is a large sports club, right next to Malta’s only golf course. Although it is possible to hire mountain bikes and city bikes, the small number of biking routes, the unsuitable streets and occasionally inconsiderate drivers make this activity less popular than others, though the interest is increasing.
