Comino and the Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon close to Comino can only be reached by boat. On our website, you can book day trips to Comino. The Blue Lagoon is very famous and also quite popular among the Maltese; it is understandably crowded, especially during summer. The lagoon is located between several small islands, namely the main island, Comino, and the smaller islands of Comminoto, Islet in the Comino, and other rocks. Due to its shallow depth, the water here sparkles crystal clear, like nowhere else in Malta.

Many yachts, tour boats and other boats often anchor close to the islands and the Blue Lagoon.

TIP: Book a day trip to Comino on our website. Booking through us will offer many advantages. The transport from your hotel to the pier in Sliema, the boat trip to Comino and other services such as food, beverages, toilets, shade and many more, are included.

No one lives on Comino. There are only two hotels (the Comino Hotel and Bungalows, and the Comino Hotel), a small chapel, a camping site, some sand and rock paths and several historic buildings and artefacts (guard towers, cannons, etc.).

At the Blue Lagoon, boat tours to the surrounding attractions, such as the caves, are also offered.

A visit to the Blue Lagoon is a MUST for every visitor. Take sufficient sunscreen with you!
